The aluminum is cut using either a waterjet cutting machine or wire-electrode cutting. Occasionally, one end may not have uniform width. Similarly, when fabricating holes, the same cutting methods are employed simultaneously. If uniform width is required, punching with a mould is the standard method. However, for cost-effectiveness, especially for high quantities of uniformly sized pieces, the latter method is preferred. It not only reduces costs but also increases daily production speed.
We utilize soft PVC as the insulation material, which is coated by dipping. Additionally, we offer heat shrink tubes and epoxy powder coatings, each with distinct technical specifications tailored for specific designs and environments.
Aluminum is a common choice in vehicle applications to minimize product weight. While the current-carrying capacity of aluminum busbars is slightly lower than copper, some motor companies opt for flexible copper foil busbars. Aluminum flexible busbars also exhibit excellent shock resistance capabilities.
